Money taken from Apple Cash at pump

I tries to use my Apple Cash at a gas pump at Speedway. The card was declined and the 30 dollars that I had on there was removed. I still have not gotten the money back and it’s been 5 business days and it shows up as approved instead of pending. What can I do?
