digital microscope skybasic does not work properly

I recently bought a cheap "digital microscope" Skybasic. In the manual it is marked to work with Mac OS-X 10.8 or later. On my MacBook Pro I have the version 10.12.6 Sierra but I have problems with the device. The Photo Booth screen is devided in 2 parts horizontally. The upper part part is unsharp and the lower part is constantly moving and only stops moving after at least one minute (sometimes several minutes befor I can see the image). The image is also mirrored. The "effects" of Photo Booth is on "normal" position and I don't find the solution there. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks!
