How can ı enter my icloud password ro my watch ı can t find how to resynch

Make sure you are connected to icloud on your iPhone with your Apple ID first. It might be good idea to check whether you can sign into icloud.com with your ID as well. Note that the current instructions for all that are actually here behind this link:

Once that works, your watch will receive your credentials automatically during the pairing process.
