I add a activation code to data plan for esim but it is showing (unable to complete your plan) what should i do

I am adding esim to my iphone xs after filling the activation code when i click to next it is showing (unable to complete your data plan) what should i do my physical sim stop working

iPhone XS, iOS 14

Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the eSIM QR code to you.
