Apple Tv error 301003

Hi i am setting up my apple tv after factory set but it keeps giving an error message of (301003) every time i use my iPhone 12 to set it up.

Can you please help.

For setup with device, remember to unlock the iPhone at the moment that their communication starts. And the iPhone needs to be connected to the same home network.
Alternatively, try setting up manually. You may have to enter your Apple ID and Wi-Fi credentials, but the rest of the setup is the same.
