Apple Tv error 301003

Hi i am setting up my apple tv after factory set but it keeps giving an error message of (301003) every time i use my iPhone 12 to set it up.


Can you please help.

  • For setup with device, remember to unlock the iPhone at the moment that their communication starts. And the iPhone needs to be connected to the same home network.
  • Alternatively, try setting up manually. You may have to enter your Apple ID and Wi-Fi credentials, but the rest of the setup is the same.
