Lightning cable got wet

Hi.

I unfortunately managed to spill Coca Cola on the floor where my charger was. I put it under water since it was sticky and dried it off. Is the cable still safe to use after it’s dried? It’s a usb-c to lightning cable for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Lightning Accessory Not Detected So my iphone 11 got soaked in the water. After drying it, I tried to charge it however it says that a liquid has been detected so I dried it for another hour but after that it no longer detects my lightning accessory even other lightning accessory, what can I do to fix this?

Yes, but after it dries wipe it off.
