I can't get my new watch to pair with my phone. There's an "i" icon on the watch, but when I tap it nothing comes up to give me the six digit corresponding number. The watch only shows the icon, nothing else.
My series 2 watch is broken, unable to be used, the top was crushed. I bought a series 6 that I am trying to pair with my phone.
You have to remove the old watch from your icloud account here;
To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
Then go here;
