Vibrate not working on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

You have to turn on the vibration in two different places in settings.

iPhone 11 vibrate Good morning to all. few months ago I purchased a new iPhone 11 from Apple via Stormfront. phone works well,just for the vibrate setup can’t seem to be able to get it to work. Have been looking through other forums and the general information is that’s how Apple decided to get this method to off. Been all through the settings but failed to get the phone to vibrate. Vibrate on silent I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I turned the vibration off when the phone is on silent. Now I can not turn the vibration back on. The option is no longer there under sounds and haptics
