WiFi Not Working on Select Apps

Phone connected to WiFi, but select apps (google, youtube, safari, email) say offline. Other apps (facbook, instagram, and wifi calling) still work. I restarted the WiFi router, restarted the IPhone, reset WiFi connections, checked setting that apps could use data ect. It stopped working 2 days ago for no reason. Can not update ios or apps due to "no WiFi".
