Apple TV subscription

I have bought a new iPhone. And Apple TV offered me 1 year free. I accepted this offer, and cancelled subscription after, as usual not to forget. I always practice it with other applications and they didn’t cancel subscription till the day of expiring.

now, I can’t use Apple TV app subscription. I want to try this applications, can I Back this offer?
