It shows : your payment method was declined. Please enter an other payment method,


Unfortunatly, I do not have any other payment method.

could apple resolve this issue ? How?

If your payment method is a credit card, then check with the bank as to why it is being declined.


Buy & redeem an iTunes/App Store gift card as your payment method as an alternative.
