When I hold my finger on an app it shows a “remove app” option. It then sends the app to the App Library. If I hold my finger on the app in App Library it then sends it back to the Home Screen. There is no “delete app” or “remove app” option while in the App Library. Please advise!

Some default apps that come with iPhone are unremovable. You can only hide these from the Home Screen. Feel free to read more about deleting and restoring native apps in iOS 14 here:
Which app is it? Some iOS native apps cannot be deleted.
It’s an app called Fastic.
It’s not a native app. I’ve had it a couple of months. The app is called Fastic.
