Whenever I try to send a text to a person with an android phone, my phone will not switch to SMS. This only happens with one person. It keeps trying to send my text as iMessage and they never receive it. How can I fix this?

You can’t fix it, they have to. They previously had an iPhone, and then they didn’t cancel iMessage when they switched. This is what they must do→Deregister iMessage on your iPhone or online - Apple Support
