Camera issues and heating issues

I updated my phone to the latest version around a week and a half ago and since that update I stared having issues with my camera that it got slow and with a delay when I recorded and then all of the sudden it went black. After that I started receiving some notifications about “unable to verify if phone has genuine camera”. Now I’m able to use my camera but it does not show me the 0.5 and 2.5 options, just for the photo and video mode and it just shows a x2 option. I already did the basic troubleshooting (resetting, turn off/on, check settings/updates) and nothing have work

Also my phone didn’t heat up when I used it and after that software update it started to heat up while using it

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your iPhone camera isn’t working properly and your iPhone is heating up, is that correct? If so, let’s make sure that the software on your iPhone has been updated to the latest supported version iOS 14.6. If your iPhone has not yet been updated to iOS 14.6 make sure to back up your iPhone first before updating it.

Hello Bailier!

thank you so much for your response. I already have the latest update and I still have this issue.

About the genuine camera, I’ve never taken my phone to any technician or tried to open and modify the phone or something like that. The phone is like new basically and I bought the phone on February 2021. These issues started just with the version before this one because before that, everything were working perfectly fine so I’m concerned about this.

I’ve already checked the articles you attached but unfortunately it seems that is not working yet
