Macbook restarts whenever it sleeps

My macbook air keeps restarting whenever it goes to sleep, and I get the message asking me if I want to report it. I have been reporting it for almost a year! I have the most recent update, but it keeps happening. And to make things even worse, my usb ports don’t work anymore. Can’t use my external hard drives or my printer. I have tried all the help I can get from apple discussion, and I have no idea what to do. My Apple Watch has also died without an explanation, it will charge, but not turn on. I love my apple products, but everything I own seems to be failing! HELP!!
