Macbook Pro 13' crash after sometime of use

Hi there. My MacBook pro 13' crashes when I'm using it in the interval of 10min to 30min, randomly in that interval.

When it does that, the screen freezes in a strange way.

I'm not hearing the FAN but not sure if it's working or not.

I recently update it to BIG SUR, but the issue remains

I attached a pic of the state and need urgent help.

I got it from a friend like this, so I don't know if something happens to it or not.

Help...

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware error.
