Text messages

I have an question.

If I can’t receive text messages from a person but can receive their calls what does this mean? When they text me the messages says “delivered” but I don’t get it.

texting a certain number I am texting another iphone. I can receive texts from this number but they do not receive my texts. It starts out in a blue bubble then it turns green and the person never sees the message. what is wrong?

I'm not receiving text messages of numbers not saved in my iphone. For the last two weeks I've been waiting for a text message of a unknown number and I'm not receiving those messages. I had the chance to ask someone (who is not in my contacts) to send me a text message and the message doesn't appear in my cellphone. I even checked and it says delivered. I'm receiving text messages from people who is in my contacts. And the carrier. thanks

SMS or iMessage?

SMS - Contact your Carrier.

iMessage - Check your internet connection.
