Will FaceTime work outside UAE if the iPhone is purchased from Dubai duty free with a model number of MGMK3AA/A?
Also, does AA indicate that the country of origin of the device is from UAE?

The AA must be the Dubai variant. In any case, I must be able to use FaceTime, WhatsApp, messenger and Facebook without any problem as long as I'm using the phone in Greece and as long as I have selected Greece as my region in settings. It's the A2407 model (global one) after all..

1. Yes, if the region in Settings is a country other than the United Arab Emirates.
2. No, unless it's recently changed. Ones originating from there will have AE/ in the model number.
