how can I send ApplePay in iMessage from MacBook Air

The Apple Support article you came here from provides you with what requirements a Mac would need in order to use Apple Pay. Have you reviewed them yet, and if so, does your MacBook meet them?
Basically, your notebook would either have to have Touch ID or, if not, you would have to use it along with an Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch.
