I really would like to speak to a real person about firstly cancelling my HBOMax subscription and request a refund please
Can we please cancell my subscription to HBOMax?
Also I would like to request a refund effective right away if possible please!

Strictly speaking all purchases are final: please see this page for information on requesting a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support - note that just deleting an app doesn't cancel the subscription.
