There is clearly a key logger in my iPhone with a completely different keyboard and icons than iPhones

I've reset my iPhone to delete it, but it will not remove the key logger put in by the nosiest neighbor in the world. How do I get rid of it? He keeps hacking into all of my devices and breaking into my home by disconnecting my cameras and then he reconnects them. He's crazy! How do I get rid of this key logger? Is it in the SIM card?

It is not on the SIM card but he could have hacked your router. I would reset your router and use a different strong password. On the phone there is nothing to do as it cannot be hacked but if you have any doubt Erase it and start as New.

Thank you! We did reset passwords and I did reset my iPhone, but the keyboard is still there, very visible and interferes with what is actually on my screen. I don't know where it came from. I have an appt with Genius Bar to see if they can remove it. My insurance carrier will not accept a claim for it to be replaced, sadly. It's very aggravating. I'm told it could be "burnt into" my screen. This is terrible because these things aren't cheap and for them to be damaged by a keyboard is ridiculous! I didn't even use that keyboard! smh Thanks for any and all help. Appreciate it greatly!
