When I start my MacBook air 2015 on macOS Big Sur (doesn’t matter, in normal or safe mode) system launch successfully and log in screen is shown. When I enter my password, it accepts it, but then the load screen is going infinitely and never launches. What can cause this situation and what should I do?
P. S. I have reset SCM and NVRAM and it didn’t work. All disks are OK.

Would starting in Verbose offer any idea where it is jamming up ?
Your hard disk may be too full. Never let it get over 85% full

If Filevault is enabled, that could create an extra long login process
It might.
command-V at startup.
Note, if you used open firmware or file vault passwords those can be separate from the main login.
