Important camera message

I ordered an Iphone 12 pro from apple themselves and I've never dropped it or had it repaired at all. A few days ago I got that message. Ever since then my camera does not have the x0.5 and x 1 option in normal photos, yet they do on others such as time lapse and slow motion except there the x2 option is not available. I want to know the solution to this problem because there are no apple stores in Hungary and the closest one is in Vienna.
