Sending in iPhone for repair

Hello,

I was about to confirm everything for my order with sending my iPhone in for repair. I went back to make sure that it was the option where a box is sent to me and I send them back my phone. When I went back I was unable to view the order summary and there is a charge on my card. I just wanted to make sure that the order went through. I also was wondering if you would be able to give me directions because the page disappeared when I went back to confirm my order.
