Air Pods
Have a new iPhone 12 and Air Pods work with phone calls but will not work while using any music app (Pandora, Spotify, Amazon, Sirius, etc.). I have removed them and re-paired them to the phone. I shut down the phone, nothing seems to work!

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that your AirPods are only playing audio when on a phone call.
What happens when the AirPods are connected and you launch one of these apps? Do the AirPods disconnect or do they stay connected, but sound comes from the iPhone speaker?
Which version of iOS is currently installed on your iPhone? To check, go to Settings > General > About.
