This may be a Faulty Device. So, contact Apple Support and request a swap-out. Right now, there is Send-in Service, and in-store support at the Apple Store.
How it would work:
- They’d: ship you a box
- You’d: ship it back
- They’d: look at it
- You’d: get a new one, if approved.
