Safari saved passwords disappeared. Keychain Access shows a long list of passwords. Keychain Access is not linked to iCloud. Is there a way to get Keychain to talk to Safari prefs? Many thanks.

We’ll be happy to see if we can help with Keychain. You didn’t mention what troubleshooting you have tried. So, if you have seen and tried these steps you can skip them.
A good starting place is making sure your Mac is updated to the latest macOS 11.4. If needed, see How to update the software on your Mac.

I didn't mention any troubleshooting because I haven't done any, other than clean caches and restart. Updated the software, no difference. As I said in the original post, iCloud Keychain is not turned on.
