Apple ID

I am unable to download apps. Says I need to review my Apple ID and the screen goes blank. Do I need to connect to WiFi to be able to continue?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Have you tried

  • Logging into your Apple ID, making sure this information is correct?
  • Making sure there is an active payment file on your account as this is required, even to download free apps


Also remember, if you have changed your Apple ID and try to update an app on a different Apple ID, you will have to download the app and reinstall it.
