I got an email offer for the 1 year free Apple TV, but when I click the Start Trial button on the email bringing me to the desktop app, the app only advertises a 7 day trial. How should I activate my 1 year trial? I got my Macbook Air this month. Thanks!

Hi The_Lisa, I checked the conditions and it includes Macs, which from my understanding is inclusive of Macbook Airs, which is what I'd purchased. I believe I meet the qualifications. Could you help me troubleshoot to begin the 1 year trial? Thanks!
