Can you stop all these charges to my credit card from Apple.com/Bill 866-712-7753 CA and Apple.com/Bill 408-974-1010 CA for $4.18 effective immediately?

Can you stop all charges to my credit card from Apple.com/Bill 866-712-7753 CA for $10.46 effective immediately?

I follow the instructions give to cancel the subscription but the items listed are expired but I'm still being charged.
