Sometimes my phone seems to lock up on its own, nothing to do with me entering the passcode incorrectly. It says phone is disabled, try again in 30 or 60 minutes. Is there a way to unlock it from this?

If your phone says it's disabled, you have erase it using your computer with iTunes, following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
