Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!

2 new HomePod mini’s out of the box will not connect to WiFi.

I already have one HomePod mini. It setup the first time and I have not had a problem with it.

I bought two more to put in my front room and kitchen.

Neither of them will setup. After clicking on the setup it will run for a time and then say it cannot connect to the WiFi. I have factory defaulted each a number of times.

I have tried with my iPhone, iPad, and iPad mini. Is there anything thing else I can try before returning them to Costco? The only thing else is to call Apple support.

I don’t know if I get two more whether they will work and I can buy 3 for the price of one HomePod.

See If you can't set up HomePod - Apple Support. Your Wi-Fi router needs to be set up with WPA/WPA2 wireless security and with any client isolation feature turned off.
