iPhone update

I received a new iPhone 12 yesterday and still haven’t been able to update it to the iOS 14.6, it is either stuck on the vetting update screen, or it says error finding updates, I’ve both done a hard restart and tried different network connections and redownloaded the update but to no avail. I cannot put my sim in until my phone has been updated. Please help
