The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS.
The app is no longer available in the Apps Store and therefore can not be updated to the latest version that works with the iOS 14.5. How do I contact the developer?

If it doesn’t work on iOS 14.5, then it has most likely been abandoned.
