Iphone 6s is connected to wifi but all internet capabilities don't work + it thinks its 1970

I just booted up my 6 because my Xr's screen is busted and I found out that its totally jacked up.

It connects to wifi, but it doesn't connect to the internet. The date is also totally forked, as it thinks it Jan 1st, 1970 (instead of may 25, 2021).

I've restarted it (it was completely discharged before too) and disconnected from the wifi, but this issue persists. How do I fix this?
