Hello community, I bought a homepod mini in March and i can only use handoff the first day i turn on. After that day i can’t never use more. All my settings are ON and my iPhone 11 pro max and homepod mini are Updated to IOS 14.6
does anyone know how to fix this problem??

It is probably a configuration issue, but it could potentially be a hardware fault. Given it should be in warranty contact Apple Support to see if they can help and discuss options for replacing it.

On your iPhone try Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Home. Toggle the setting to Never and then to While Using the App. Toggle Precise Location off and then back on again.

Another suggestion is to sign out of iCloud on the iPhone then sign back in again.
