I ordered the brand new second-tier orange iMac but did not choose the full-size keyboard and I would like to get an orange full-size keyboard with a touch ID, will they sell those separately?
You must have bought it at time of purchase. It is not currently sold separately.

Cancel/Return for full refund & re-order.
If you wait awhile after the initial push for the new iMac are done, you should be able to order the full sized keyboard in your color from the Apple Store.
I'd wait for them to start stocking it.
I pre-ordered mine in April and it arrived with the full sized numeric keypad w/ inverted T arrow keys & Touch ID that I have become so accustomed to.
