Touch ID on Zelle App

Even though I've enabled Touch ID on Zelle app, it is not operational. In Settings>TouchID, Zelle isn't given as an option to select to enable. Zelle said to call Apple. Can anyone help? I don't want to use the Zelle mobile app without Touch ID security. Thanks.

If your Touch ID is working fine everywhere else and you have it enabled in the app, then I would say the issue has to be with the app.

Zelle support couldn't tell you to go to settings - zelle - touch id to on?
