Apple Watch glitch

My apple watch wasn't syncing my workout so I restarted the watch by holding down both buttons until the apple logo appeared. The logo appeared and won't go away. I've tried restarting the watch and the logo is stuck on the screen. How can I fix this? The watch is a series 3.

Apple watch When i charge my watch only the apple logo appears on the screen. So I force restart my watch by pressing the two side buttons of it for 10-15 to 20 seconds but it doesn’t work. What can be the possible problem of my watch? Thanks for the possible suggestions and advice.
