Is there anyway to pause cellular data use at night? I utilize "downtime" and "app limits" under screen time for my teens iPhone during the day to limit cell phone usage for gaming, internet, and social media to a limited amount. Then, I use "always allowed" under screen time controls for continued use of apps outside of the "downtime/app limits" (like text messaging, audio books, podcast). However, this obviously leaves the "always allowed" apps to be used 24 hours a day. We turn our wifi off at night but that still leaves cellular data available for use at any time. I know there is a feature to turn cellular usage off altogether but that would require me remembering to turn off each night which is not practical. I was hoping there was an easier option that I have missed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might be able to do something with your carrier to limit times of cellular data usage, but I know of no other way other than manually turning it on or off. (It seems to me if you can remember to turn your WI-FI off at night, you should be able to remember to turn the cellular usage off as well - but that is just my opinion.)
