call audio routing

Why do I receive a call audio routing menu when I want to put a phone call on speaker when I have Bluetooth turned off? Running iOS 14.4. Will upgrade to iOS 14.6 fix this problem?

This does not exist in my settings. There is no accessibility under general. It’s right there in the first settings menu. And in accessibility there’s nothing that says anything about call routing. trying to get my phone call to play on my Bluetooth speakers My Bluetooth speakers are connected. I can play stuff on them with my iPhone (SE 2021, 16.6.1). iphone 11 - call audio routing Since I bought the new iphone 11, it has automatically change all my phone calls incoming or outgoing to speaker mode especially when I was driving, and it was not connected to my car blue tooth. I have been trying to change it to my car bluetooth by seaching the call audio routing which was recommended in the website that I have searched but unsuccessful. please advise how to do it ?

Try it. There are enough security holes in 14.4 to make it an urgent update.
