APP problems with new iPhone 12

AT&T store transferred my data from my 7 to the new 12. Phone works. I can access and use email, etc., but all apps are stuck in the cloud. How do I bring them back to Earth?

From your post, it sounds like you need help redownloading your apps. In this case, you may either tap each app on the home screen to redownload, or you can follow the instructions in this support article to redownload your apps: Redownload apps and games from Apple
