I transferred all my content from an old iPhone to a new one yesterday and my apps are loading still. What is wrong or how can I fix this?

I've seen this issue a couple of times myself on my iPhone and iPad.
I'm not entirely sure how I got them to start loading..
Here are somethings I tried and eventually was able to jump start the downloads
Restart your iPhone
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Try going into Settings > App Store and toggling the switches for Automatic Downloads.. Restart the phone again
Tap on an app that's being updated.. Tap and hold on app being updated and if it gives you the option, select Prioritize Download
If you have slow WiFi at home, it makes the issue worse.
