Software update interrption

to whom it may concern,

i was updating my iphone 7 to the latest software update, while the network suddenly disconnected. that lead to dropping the software and the iphone is not operating anymore. I tried to use itunes to solve this problem. after connecting the iphone to the PC, automatically the latest software update was downloaded. in the last step, while the mobile is connected and the software is being extracted the process stop and the extraction is never completed, while it shows an error (-1). My latest trial was to restore the instead of updating, the same error occure. Kindly advice which is the best method to solve this problem as soon as possible.
