i have an old email on my mac laptop, i need to change to my new email however i haven't used the old email in years and don't remember the password either, would like to take my mac in to an apple store for help in my area if possible i live in Tazewell Tn 37879

If you forgot your email password just go to the email provider's web site and reset the password.
Thank for your response, it was very helpful. Come to find out I never done any of the updates since I got it in 2015 and didn’t support and wouldn’t let me make any changes.... until I downloaded the newest version
