Please add buddhist flag and Vesak lantern for the emoji keyboad. Those two emojis are very important to srilankan buddhist people

Apple is not here and they are not responsible for creating emojis. That is the purview of the Unicode Consortium that has a formal submission policy. Once an emoji is created and in a Unicode version, Apple decides which emojis to include in a future operating system.
