Access keychain from someone else's computer

It was incredibly helpful when my father died to have a list of his passwords (on paper) that I could use to access his various online accounts without having his computer.

I was wondering whether there was a way my husband could access my passwords from iCloud in the event of my and my computer's demise. If he had my Apple ID, he could sign into iCloud on the net, but I don't see anyway to access passwords from there.

What's the best way to handle this to make easy for him? For example, if I were killed in a plane crash and had all my devices with me, how could he have access to my passwords?

I really don't want to duplicate keychain with another master password program (e.g., 1password). I started down that road, but it quickly became a nightmare.
