I recently visited a movie website that was a bit suspicious, and had so many ads. While I was watching the film my phone suddenly turned off then on very quickly. This happened about three times. i just wanted to know if that’s a virus or something that I need to be worried about? If yes how can I control this problem.

While we can't support piracy, I suspect it may simply be an issue with your hardware and suggest checking your batteries health if this is becoming a common issue. Assuming your phone does have the latest updates it is unlikely to be a virus however if it isn't down to the battery I am sure we can figure out what caused it.
Your phone can’t be infected by a virus unless you jailbroke it or installed an app that was from a website rather than from the App Store app on your phone.
