Why my apple id was sign in then when i want to update some apps it will ask me the password about another apple id?

If those apps were originally downloaded with a different Apple ID (or possibly through a discontinued Family Sharing plan), that ID will need to be used to update those apps. To resolve this you will need to delete the app and re-download it with your Apple ID.
